A classic remedy in the home apothecary, Elderflower embodies the airy, opening qualities of spring: light, dispersive, and gentle, yet remarkably effective. Cooling and slightly drying, it moves outward and upward, encouraging gentle sweating to break a fever, clearing heat and congestion from the sinuses and respiratory tract, and soothing hot, inflamed tissues.
